homeR

For tax advisers, auditors and wealth managers

Most mandates reach us through advisers. You know the occasion, we deliver the structure: robustly documented, verifiable and aligned with your advice. Your client remains your client.

Indication and model calculation

From rental income, property data and loan balances you promptly receive purchase price, share and term, plus the after-tax comparison with a loan and a sale, prepared for the client meeting. Anonymised on request.

Tax and accounting treatment

We set out the recognition of the purchase price as a contract liability, its deferral over the term and the deductibility of the homeRate in commercial and tax accounts in a verifiable way. The assessment in each case stays with you.

Standardised contract documentation

Notarially proven contracts with clearly defined parameters. Adjustments to the individual case are agreed with you and the notary.

Briefing for your firm

We present the instrument to your team, at your offices or online, with case constellations from practice. For brokers and transaction advisers we also assess the beneficial right as an alternative to a planned sale.
